From the autumn, flat hunters will be able to carry out the whole flat hunting process online Outlet.co.uk - from registering with Outlet to viewing flat lists and setting up interviews and appointments, as well as benefiting from a faster, more responsive and streamlined service.

The service is unique - landlords and flatseekers are asked a detailed series of questions ranging from age and habits to hobbies and furnishing preferences. This process cuts out a lot of the unnecessary visits and calls traditionally associated with finding a flatmate. Finding out early
that your landlord is a committed minimalist has saved many a bohemian from an unnecessary journey!

The Outlet website already gets 20,000 visitors every week - pointing to a clear need for the service, but as more and more people shop online for flatmates and accommodation it was felt that the time was right to upgrade
the service.
